1. Terms and Conditions

Booking Policies:

  • Bookings are made directly with the hotel.
  • Guests are advised to review booking and cancellation policies thoroughly. Specific cancellation penalties will apply based on the timing of the cancellation.
  • Valid payment and identification proofs are required at check-in.
  • Additional charges may apply for services not listed in the booking.

Check-In/Check-Out Policies:

  • The standard check-in and check-out time is at 12:00 PM (Noon).
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the front office.
  • Full payment is required at booking.
  • The hotel is not liable for the loss of personal valuables in guest rooms.

2. Cancellation Rules

  • A full refund is issued for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival.
  • A 50% booking amount is charged for cancellations made between 5 to 7 days before arrival.
  • The full booking amount is charged for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival or for no-show situations.

3. Privacy Policy

  • The hotel is committed to protecting the privacy of its guests. Information provided by guests is protected and used strictly in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy.
  • Personal data is collected only as necessary to deliver excellent service and fulfill guest requests or provide relevant information.

4. Hygiene, Security, and Public Behavior Standards

Hygiene and Security:

  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited to ensure safety, hygiene, and security standards.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Hotel equipment must remain on the premises and is not to be removed.
  • Flammable, explosive materials, or those with a strong or unpleasant odor, are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • Food preparation in rooms is not allowed.
  • Weapons are strictly prohibited within the hotel.

Public Decency and Behavior:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
  • Engaging in gambling or activities against good morals and local laws is prohibited.
  • Appropriate attire is required in public areas of the hotel.
  • Loud noise in public areas or corridors, especially during late hours, is discouraged to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Miscellaneous:

  • In case of a longer stay, the hotel bill must be settled every 2 days, with the full amount due at departure.
  • Washing and drying clothes in guest rooms is not allowed; laundry services are available upon request.
